Based on the planned demand and actual consumption of materials, combined with the on-site inventory status, this material flow application can continuously and dynamically calculate and update the material requirements on the production line. Reuse materials in the next order

WORKS Logistics avoids unnecessary material handling between warehouses and workshops by organizing and optimizing temporary material storage in the material preparation area. After the production run is completed, the application will automatically check if there are any other orders in the next few days that will use the materials taken from the machine again. If necessary, the application will guide the staff to move the relevant trays to the active feeder rack in the material preparation area. If other materials are required during the production process, WORKS Logistics will seamlessly integrate with the Factory Material Manager software, automatically sending requests to the warehouse to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
