The reason for the low installation efficiency of the SMT mounting machine:

1. Pressure relief in the air supply circuit, such as aging and rupture of rubber gas pipes, aging and wear of sealing components, and wear of suction nozzles after long-term use. On the other hand, it is caused by adhesive or dust in the external environment, especially the large amount of waste generated by paper woven tape packaging components after cutting, which causes blockage of the suction nozzle of the SMT machine

2. The quality of electronic components themselves, such as the installation of electronic components with suction nozzles, pins that are not fully inserted or directly bent or broken. This situation can only be controlled by purchasing the quality of mounting components. This not only affects the efficiency of mounting work and product quality, but also causes varying degrees of damage when the suction nozzle frequently picks up mounting components. Over time, it will also reduce the service life of the suction nozzle.

On the one hand, the suction nozzle of the SMT machine has insufficient vacuum negative pressure. Before taking out the parts, the suction nozzle automatically switches to the mechanical valve on the mounting head, converting from blowing to true adsorption, generating a certain negative pressure. When the parts are taken out and the negative pressure sensor detection value is within a certain range, the machine is normal, and on the other hand, the suction is poor.
