WORKS Operations: Intelligent software in integrated smart factories

With the powerful WORKS software suite, you can maximize profits from your production line while reducing employee workload, controlling and optimizing production and material flow.

WORKS Operations bundles requests from factory workshops together, prioritizes them, and proactively assigns tasks based on skills within sufficient delivery time. Then, the demand for the production line will appear as a task on the operator's mobile device. The result is that operators can efficiently and flexibly perform tasks across production lines.

WORKS Monitoring: All KPIs in the SMT workshop are at a glance

Only personnel who closely monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the factory can ensure that the production line remains in optimal condition and achieve maximum investment return. And WORKS Monitoring can display all relevant KPI data in real time and continuously update it, ensuring the real-time and transparency of information.

With just a simple click of the mouse, you can obtain more in-depth data analysis, production line trends, or automation reports. When the data exceeds or falls below the preset warning threshold, WORKS Monitoring will automatically generate notifications to remind you to take timely action and avoid any adverse effects of negative trends on actual production.

WORKS Optimization: Intelligent software in integrated smart factories

As an online expert system, WORKS Optimization in the ASMPT WORKS software suite is dedicated to optimizing the entire SMT production line process, with the core goal of achieving zero DPMO (defects per million opportunities).

In addition to solder paste printing technology, the printing, mounting, and quality viewer modules now also cover mounting technology. In addition, these modules can seamlessly integrate with third-party SPI and AOI systems based on IPC-2591 CFX (Global Industrial Communication Standard).
