WORKS Planning retrieves orders from the ERP system based on their deadline and assigns them to existing production lines according to the order configuration. This intelligent application can group orders, allowing products with the same or similar component configurations to be connected in sequence. This can reduce the number of settings or even eliminate the need for further settings.

WORKS Logistics: Perfect Optimization of Material Logistics

WORKS Logistics follows the 4R principle of internal logistics to ensure the supply of the correct materials at the right time, place, and quantity. This application is mainly used to control and optimize the material flow in smart factories, which can not only avoid unnecessary material movement and excessive material entry and exit from the warehouse, but also reduce the "emergency inventory" at the production line.

The primary function of WORKS Logistics is to continuously calculate the materials required for the production line based on user-defined time periods, and interact with the Factory Material Manager to ensure automatic replenishment. Secondly, organize and optimize the temporary storage of materials in the preparation area to avoid unnecessary material movement between the warehouse and workshop.
