At the same time, the printing program can also be pre edited offline and automatically transmitted to the production line, greatly reducing the time required for each line change, saving an average of about 30 minutes, and greatly optimizing the utilization rate of the production line.
3. Seamless material traceability and intelligent warehousing management
Micas AG has implemented unique coding and centralized management for each material package through Factory Material Manager. From receiving, warehousing to loading, every step is traceable. The system can also automatically generate a first in, first out (FIFO) rule for material retrieval, ensuring efficient and transparent material flow, especially suitable for customers' self provided material management needs.
